Scheduled Downtime for 1Health - Meditech Priority Pack Update
Impactedusers: All current Meditech users will be affected.
When: Starting Tuesday, April 25 at 1:00 am until 6:00 am.
Impact:
The entire Meditech System will not be available during this outage. All other systems, such as mail, phone, internet, SharePoint etc … will not be affected.
Process/Support:
For urgent support during this outage, please call your on-call support number.
Clinical Informatics support will be available onsite from 9:00pm to 12:30am to review downtime procedures with staff.
Preparation:
Each department should ensure that they are ready to user our Downtime System (IPeople OfflineViews) in the YHC Links folder during this downtime. Also be familiar with the Downtime Procedures.
