Scheduled Downtime for 1Health - Meditech Priority Pack Update

Impacted users: All current Meditech users will be affected.

When: Starting Tuesday, April 25 at 1:00 am until 6:00 am.

Impact:

  • The entire Meditech System will not be available during this outage. All other systems, such as mail, phone, internet, SharePoint etc … will not be affected.

Process/Support:

  • For urgent support during this outage, please call your on-call support number.
  • Clinical Informatics support will be available onsite from 9:00pm to 12:30am to review downtime procedures with staff.

Preparation:

  • Each department should ensure that they are ready to user our Downtime System (IPeople OfflineViews) in the YHC Links folder during this downtime. Also be familiar with the Downtime Procedures.

Post Update:

  • An email communication with be distributed once MEDITECH is back online
  • Follow back entry procedures as per downtime processes in your area
  • At the elbow support will be provided by the MEDITECH support team for education and any issues that arise.
