To turn off the notification that a personalized order set has been updated go to Menu>Manage Personal Sets, select the order set and click “Do Not Show Again”. |

Admission Cancellations in ED |
When the admission of an ED patient has been cancelled, please ensure that the Admit Request order is cancelled. Nursing will follow up with Registration to have the account corrected. To ensure Health Records and CIHI standards are met, the documentation must accurately reflect the account type. If an Admission Note has been started it will have to be adjusted to an ED Report. |

Barriers to Discharge in Discharge Summary |
Starting December 5th, a change will be made to the Barriers and Goals section in the Discharge Summary. During this transition, you may temporarily see multiple responses for barriers prior to and after December 5th. Please note that the Barriers to Discharge section is view only and will not display on the Discharge Summary output. |
