Question Correction on Discharge Summary |
Comment questions for Barriers to Discharge is being updated to fix a background issue. This will affect the Discharge Summary Document. As of August 30th, you will see 2 comment questions for each category of Discharge Barriers (Nursing, Rehab, Social)--one question for comments entered before August 30th and one for comments entered after August 30th. Approximately 1 week later, this will be corrected, and you will only see one comment question for each discharge barrier category. |
